How you can help us as a volunteer

Volunteering with us is a great way to support your local community

Volunteer Programme

We’re looking for general volunteers to help with packing and deliveries as well as assigned volunteers into specific roles where more commitment is required. See the links below to begin your volunteer journey with us.

Sponsor Program

Corporations and businesses across Redditch can now sponsor entire services, such as our Job Market Resilience Scheme, which is focused on skills development and job resilience. Email info@supportredditch.net for more details.

Donate to Charity Funds

If you don’t have the time to volunteer at this moment in time please consider a donation to our charity instead so we can continue to be there for our local communities.

Volunteer Roles Available

Our current volunteer vacancies

Community Outreach & Engagement Volunteer

Identifying and referring people in need is a key part of the role, helping us to deliver more aid to those who need it. As a Community Outreach & Engagement Volunteer you will know your local area, your neighbours and your community, and you will be able to know when someone in your area might need help, and as a volunteer you will be able to engage with them to help us deliver the support they need.

How to apply

Download and read the role description. If you think you fit the criteria download the application pack – you will need to unzip the application pack to open the three PDF files that make up the pack. Complete each form within the pack and email them all back to us at info@supportredditch.net. We will acknowledge receipt and let you know the next steps. The estimated time to complete the process once you submit your forms is 1-2 weeks.

Delivery & Packing General Volunteers

Helping us to pack food parcels at our warehouse, or delivering the packages to households across Redditch, this is a great way to get involved with the effort on a more casual and informal basis.
